How do I know if I'm ordering the correct size?
Because our pieces are vintage or secondhand, the sizing on the original label may differ from modern sizing standards. Many of our garments were originally produced as menswear.
To help you find the best fit, we provide detailed centimeter measurements for every item on the product page. We recommend comparing these measurements with a garment you already own to ensure the best fit.

What condition are the items in?
All pieces offered by Reconsider Studio are vintage or secondhand and some may show minor signs of wear due to age. This is part of the character of vintage garments. We aim for the best quality already existing garments.
What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes a piece may not work out as expected.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is returned in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please contact us via email with your order number and we will provide you with the return instructions.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
After this time, cancellations may no longer be possible as orders are processed quickly.

What shipping options are available?
We offer international shipping, with rates depending on the destination.
Orders are shipped within 2–7 days after purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and shipping information.
Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.
What happens if my package is lost?
All orders are shipped using tracked, insured and signed shipping to ensure secure delivery.
Once a package has been shipped, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for the delivery. While we will always assist where possible, Reconsider Studio cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as they are determined by local customs authorities.
Where are you located?
Reconsider Studio is based in The Netherlands.
We do not operate a physical retail store. Our pieces are shipped directly to customers from our atelier in The Hague.
