How do I know if I'm ordering the correct size?
Because all our items are vintage or secondhand, and were largely menswear at the time of purchase, the sizing on the original label may differ somewhat from the current sizing. To avoid any mistakes, we aim to present the most precise centimeter measurements of each product on the website.
What is the policy on returns?
We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work out for you. As long as an item is in it's original condition we accept returns. Within 7 days after you receive the item you can return your order and we will give you a full refund of the item.
Shipping costs are for the customer.
What shipping alternatives are available?
We are continually looking for innovative ways to get the products to you as soon as possible. We provide international shipping, with rates varying depending on the destination.
Every order is shipped within the following 2/7 days after purchase. There after the shipping firm takes control. If you have any questions about your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and information. And, of course, if you have any other problems, we will always be available to help!
What international taxes,fees, and other expenses must I pay?
Because we sell globally, each country has its own set of rules. If you require any further information, please contact us via email or DM and we will respond as quickly and efficiently as possible.
When will my order be delivered?
As previously stated, the shipping company takes over once your product has been sent! They are in charge of getting your order to you as quickly as possible. The order will be delivered to you in 2-5 working days.
Shipping times may vary slightly due to COVID-19. If your order has not arrived after the specified time, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to assist you!
What is your location?
We don't have a physical location where you can buy our products. We have an atelier in The Hague and ship directly to you from the Netherlands!
